1. Introduction

These Terms apply to all travel bookings, including travel bookings, holiday packages, tours, experiences, airport services, visa support services, and the Quickteller Travel Agent and Partner Program (together, the “Services”).
By booking any Quickteller Travel product, participating in a tour, or enrolling in the Partner Program, you (“Customer”, “Partner”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform or using any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, as updated from time to time in accordance with Clause 38 (Amendments to These Terms).
These Terms apply in addition to, and not in place of, any specific terms issued for a particular Tour, Booking or promotional offer. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and such specific terms, the specific terms take precedence to the extent of the conflict.
4. Eligibility
Users must:
- be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian where participation by a minor is permitted;
- provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and booking;
- maintain the confidentiality of their account login details and be responsible for all activity carried out under their account;
- comply with all Applicable Law; and
- comply with these Terms.
Quickteller Travel may request identity verification or additional documentation before confirming a Booking or Partner application, and may decline to provide Services where this information is not provided or cannot be verified.
5. Payments
All prices displayed on the Platform are quoted in the currency shown and are subject to change without notice until a Booking is confirmed by payment. Tour bookings require a reservation fee, which may be refundable or non-refundable as specified for the particular Tour at the point of booking. Where a price is quoted in a foreign currency or is otherwise subject to exchange rate movement, the Customer bears the risk of exchange rate fluctuation between the time of quotation and the time of payment.
Payment must be made in full, or in accordance with any instalment plan offered, before a Booking is confirmed. Quickteller Travel reserves the right to cancel unpaid reservations, incomplete payments, or Bookings affected by a failed or reversed payment, without further notice.
6. Third-Party Suppliers
Quickteller Travel facilitates bookings with airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa agencies and other travel suppliers. Quickteller Travel acts as an intermediary between the Customer and the Supplier, and the contract for the underlying travel service is between the Customer and the Supplier.
Services remain subject to each Supplier’s own terms, fare rules, cancellation policies, and operational policies, which the Customer is responsible for reviewing before completing a Booking.
Quickteller Travel shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes or operational failures caused by third-party Suppliers.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission’s General Application and Implementation Directive 2025.
Quickteller Travel processes personal information to confirm Bookings, communicate with Customers and Partners, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and, where consent is given, for marketing purposes.
Personal information may be shared with Suppliers, payment processors, regulators and government agencies, including visa and immigration authorities, to the extent necessary to deliver the Services. Where personal information is transferred outside Nigeria, Quickteller Travel will take reasonable steps to ensure the transfer complies with Applicable Law.
Customers and Partners may exercise their data subject rights, including the right to access, correct or request deletion of their personal information, by contacting Quickteller Travel through the channels provided on the Platform.
8. Insurance
Quickteller Travel strongly recommends that Customers and Tour participants obtain adequate travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation and loss of personal property before travel. Where travel insurance is not included as part of a Tour package, it is the Customer’s responsibility to arrange it. Quickteller Travel is not responsible for losses that adequate travel insurance would have covered.
9. Fraud
Quickteller Travel reserves the right to:
- reject or decline any bookings or applications;
- cancel or reverse any transactions suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorised or in breach of these Terms;
- recover any benefit, discount, commission or refund improperly obtained;
- suspend or close any accounts pending investigation; and
- report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant regulators or other relevant authorities.
Customers and Partners must notify Quickteller Travel immediately of any suspected unauthorised use of their account or payment details.
10. Intellectual Property
All Quickteller Travel trademarks, branding, content, logos and marketing materials remain the property of Quickteller and Interswitch Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants any Customer or Partner a licence to use Quickteller Travel’s intellectual property except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
Quickteller Travel shall not be liable for:
- airline delays;
- visa refusals;
- weather disruptions;
- hotel overbookings;
- lost luggage;
- supplier failures; or
- indirect or consequential losses.
Quickteller Travel’s total aggregate liability to the Customer shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer to Quickteller Travel for the specific Booking or service giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies to all claims arising in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise, and survives the completion, cancellation or termination of the Booking.
12. Indemnification
Each Customer and Partner agrees to indemnify and hold Quickteller Travel, its Affiliates, officers, employees and agents harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from their breach of these Terms, their misuse of the Services, or their violation of Applicable Law or the rights of a third party.
13. Force Majeure
Quickteller Travel shall not be responsible for delays or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”), including:
- weather;
- strikes or industrial action;
- pandemics;
- government restrictions or travel bans;
- civil unrest or acts of terrorism; and
- natural disasters.
Where a Force Majeure Event affects a Booking or Tour, Quickteller Travel will notify affected Customers as soon as reasonably practicable and will work with Suppliers to secure any refund, credit or rebooking to which the Customer may be entitled under the applicable Supplier policy. Quickteller Travel is not obliged to provide a refund beyond what it recovers from the relevant Supplier.
14. Complaints and Customer Support
Complaints relating to a Booking, Tour or Partner matter should be raised through the customer support channels published on the Platform as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint, to allow Quickteller Travel to investigate and, where appropriate, engage the relevant Supplier.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through good faith negotiation. Where a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
PART B — Tours & Experiences
(Applies to Road Tours, Air Tours, Holiday Packages and Group Trips)
16. Tour Eligibility
Participants must satisfy any age, health or documentation requirements communicated for a particular Tour. Quickteller Travel may decline participation, or require a parent, guardian or chaperone, where these requirements are not met.
17. Booking Confirmation
A Tour Booking becomes valid only after payment has been received in full, or in accordance with the applicable instalment plan, and Quickteller Travel has issued an official Confirmation. A Booking is not guaranteed until Confirmation is issued, notwithstanding any prior communication, quote or provisional reservation.
18. Travel Documents
Participants are responsible for obtaining:
- passports;
- visas;
- vaccination certificates;
- government-issued identification, unless assistance is otherwise provided as part of the tour or travel package; and
- any additional travel documentation required for the destination.
19. Tour Changes
Quickteller Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotels, transportation, attractions, departure times or Tour dates where necessary for operational, safety or regulatory reasons. Where practicable, Quickteller Travel will use reasonable efforts to substitute a comparable alternative and will notify affected participants in advance of any material change made for these reasons.
20. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds shall be governed by the applicable airline, hotel and Supplier policies, together with any package-specific cancellation rules communicated at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular Tour, cancellation by a Customer will be subject to the following administrative charges, calculated from the confirmed departure date:
- cancellation more than thirty (30) days before departure: the reservation fee is forfeited and the balance is refundable, less any applicable Supplier charges;
- cancellation between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days before departure: fifty percent (50%) of the total Tour cost is forfeited;
- cancellation less than fourteen (14) days before departure: no refund is payable, except to the extent recoverable from the relevant Supplier.
No-shows and failure to meet at the designated departure point are treated as cancellations with no refund.
Where Quickteller Travel cancels a Tour for reasons within its control, affected Customers are entitled to a full refund or, at the Customer’s election, rebooking onto an alternative Tour of equivalent value.
21. Participant Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully towards other participants, guides, crew and members of the public, obey safety instructions given by tour guides and operators, avoid illegal activities, refrain from abusive or disruptive behaviour, and avoid damaging property.
Quickteller Travel may remove any participant whose conduct endangers others or disrupts the Tour without refund, and the participant will bear the cost of any resulting return travel.
22. Minors and Vulnerable Participants
Where a Tour permits participation by a minor, the minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or by an adult with written parental or guardian consent and authority to make decisions on the minor’s behalf during the Tour, unless the Tour is expressly designated as a supervised group tour with its own safeguarding arrangements disclosed at booking.
23. Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and to participate in the activities included in a Tour. Any medical condition, disability, allergy or dietary requirement likely to affect participation must be disclosed to Quickteller Travel before departure so that reasonable arrangements can be considered.
Participants acknowledge that travel and Tour activities carry inherent risks, including risks associated with transportation, adventure activities and unfamiliar environments, and participate at their own risk.
24. Photography & Media
Participants consent to the use of photographs and videos captured during tours for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the participant notifies Quickteller Travel in writing before the Tour that they do not consent, or such use is otherwise prohibited by Applicable Law.
25. Personal Property
Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour. Quickteller Travel and its guides are not liable for the loss, theft or damage of personal property, except where caused by the proven negligence of Quickteller Travel or its staff.
PART C — Quickteller Travel Partner Program
26. Customers and the Partner Program
Quickteller Travel’s customers include individuals, corporate organisations, internal staff, agents and other persons who purchase or use the Services, whether acting alone, on behalf of an organisation, or as part of a group. A Customer may book and participate in a Tour individually or as part of a group booking.
In addition to purchasing Services as a Customer, an individual or an agent may apply to join the Quickteller Travel Agent and Partner Program to resell Quickteller Travel’s travel and tour services. Joining the Partner Program is optional and does not happen automatically by virtue of being a Customer, and a Customer may purchase Services, join the Partner Program, or do both.
The obligations, benefits and responsibilities set out in Part C of these Terms apply only to a Customer who has applied to and been approved to join the Partner Program, and only from the date of that approval. A Customer who does not join the Partner Program remains subject only to Parts A, B and D of these Terms. Quickteller Travel may, at its discretion, issue the terms applicable to the Partner Program as a separate document, in which case the separate document will govern a Partner’s participation in the Program to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
27. Partner Eligibility
The Program is open to approved:
- individuals;
- corporate organisations;
- SMEs;
- cooperatives;
- associations;
- Interswitch employees;
- content creators;
- influencers; and
- entrepreneurs.
Quickteller Travel reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion, and is not obliged to give reasons for a rejection.
28. Registration
Partners must submit accurate registration information, including identification and, where applicable, business registration documents, and complete the onboarding and Know Your Customer (KYC) process before participating. Partners must promptly update Quickteller Travel of any change to their registration information.
29. Relationship of the Parties
A Partner is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner in the legal sense, or joint venturer of Quickteller Travel or Interswitch Group. Nothing in these Terms creates a relationship of employment, agency or partnership, and a Partner has no authority to bind Quickteller Travel or make representations on its behalf beyond what is expressly authorised in writing.
30. Partner Responsibilities
Partners agree to:
- market Quickteller Travel professionally and honestly;
- provide accurate information to prospective customers;
- comply with published pricing guidelines;
- protect customer information in accordance with Clause 9 (Fraud) and Clause 35 (Confidentiality); and
- avoid misleading, false or unauthorised advertising.
31. Commission
Commission applies only to approved Partners and only to Bookings correctly attributed to that Partner in accordance with Quickteller Travel’s tracking and attribution rules. Commission is calculated on eligible commissionable margins, not necessarily the total Booking value, and the applicable rate will be communicated to the Partner.
Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent Bookings do not qualify for commission, and any commission already paid on such a Booking may be reversed or deducted from future payments. Quickteller Travel may revise commission rates or structures at any time on reasonable notice to Partners.
32. Commission Payments
Commission is payable only after successful completion of the eligible transaction, reconciliation with the relevant Supplier, and completion of fraud verification checks. Commission will be paid on the schedule communicated to Partners, subject to any applicable minimum payment threshold.
Partners are solely responsible for determining and meeting their own tax obligations, including income tax and any applicable withholding tax, arising from commission or other payments received under the Program. Quickteller Travel may withhold and remit tax where required by Applicable Law.
33. No Guaranteed Earnings
Participation does not guarantee income, sales, commissions, bonuses or incentives of any kind. Partner earnings depend entirely on successfully completed Bookings and compliance with these Terms.
34. Marketing Materials
Quickteller Travel may provide Partners with approved promotional materials for use in marketing the Services. Partners may not alter official branding, create their own marketing materials using Quickteller Travel’s trademarks without approval, or create misleading advertisements. This licence to use approved materials ends immediately on suspension or termination of the Partner’s participation.
35. Confidentiality
Partners shall keep confidential all customer information, pricing, commission structures, internal processes and Supplier information obtained through the Program, and must not use or disclose this information other than for the purpose of performing their obligations under these Terms. This obligation continues after a Partner’s participation in the Program ends.
36. Anti-Bribery, Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions Compliance
Partners must not offer, give, solicit or accept any bribe or improper payment in connection with the Program, and must comply with Applicable Law relating to anti-bribery, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing. Quickteller Travel may decline to onboard, or may suspend or terminate, any Partner appearing on a sanctions list or otherwise unable to satisfy these requirements.
37. Suspension & Termination
Quickteller Travel may suspend or terminate a Partner’s participation, with or without notice depending on the severity of the matter, where a Partner breaches these Terms, commits fraud, damages the Quickteller Travel brand, violates Applicable Law, or is required to be suspended under Clause 36 (Anti-Bribery, Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions Compliance).
On suspension or termination, any accrued but unpaid commission on completed and reconciled Bookings remains payable in accordance with these Terms. The Partner forfeits any pending or future commission entitlement arising after the date of suspension or termination.
38. Performance Incentives
Bonuses, sponsored trips, recognition awards, premium status and other incentives are discretionary and subject to separate eligibility criteria determined by Quickteller Travel, and do not form part of a Partner’s guaranteed compensation under the Program.
PART D — Miscellaneous
(Applies to All Customers and Partners)
39. Amendments to These Terms
Quickteller Travel may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its Services, Supplier arrangements or Applicable Law. Updated Terms take effect once published on the Platform, and continued use of the Services after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
40. Assignment
Quickteller Travel may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, including to an Affiliate or a successor in a merger or acquisition, without notice. Customers and Partners may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Quickteller Travel.
41. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
42. Waiver
No failure or delay by Quickteller Travel in exercising any right under these Terms operates as a waiver of that right, and no single or partial exercise of a right precludes any further exercise of it.
43. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any Booking Confirmation, Tour-specific terms and applicable Supplier terms, constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the Services and supersede all prior understandings, whether written or oral.
44. Notices and Electronic Communications
Notices under these Terms will be sent to the contact details provided at booking or registration and will be deemed received when sent, unless the sender receives notice of delivery failure. Customers and Partners consent to receiving communications, including Booking Confirmations and Tour updates, electronically.
45. Survival
Clauses relating to Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Confidentiality, Taxation and Governing Law survive the completion, cancellation, suspension or termination of a Booking or a Partner’s participation in the Program.
46. Language
These Terms are drawn up in English, which is the governing language for their interpretation.
