Another equally powerful imperative is the culture of Innovation. Hackneyed as this word may be in corporate circles, at Interswitch, we understand that particularly in the sectors we play, continuous innovation is what powers us forward, and this is woven into the very fabric of everything we do. Through initiatives such as the 3rd edition of our Technovation hackathon, where brilliant teams at The Switch come together to solve real-world challenges, and where we encourage entrepreneurial thinking and risk-taking, we continue to accelerate progress. These initiatives enable our teams to think beyond the conventional, empowering them to develop cutting-edge solutions that not only meet the demands of today’s fast-evolving landscape but also shape the future of payments and technology. As we reflect on our achievements and look ahead to the opportunities that lie before us in 2025 and beyond, it’s clear that empowered people—driven by the right values and motivated to innovate— are extremely key to our continued success as Interswitch.
