In September, we officially launched our partnership with Pride Bank, bringing some of our key services closer to their customer base. Pride Bank customers can now access agency banking; they hold Verve debit cards and are able to enjoy the convenience of ATM switching services across the country.

Through Quickteller Agency Banking, Pride Bank customers can now deposit and withdraw cash, repay loans and pay bills at more than 21,000 Quickteller agents across Uganda. Customers who live or work far from a bank branch no longer have to put their day on hold to manage their money. Our Quickteller agents benefit too, earning commission and drawing more customers through their doors.

Additionally, with Pride Bank now issuing Verve debit cards, cardholders can access up to more than 800 ATMs and over 20,000 POS terminals on the Interswitch network. Built on EMV chip-and-PIN technology, Pride Bank Verve cards let customers pay and withdraw cash securely at far more points than before.
