1. What is Service about?

This service allows customers to withdraw cash at participating Bank and SACCO partners enabled by Interswitch from their mobile money wallet. At the moment only MPESA is enabled. 

2. How does it work?

You initiate a withdrawal from your MPESA menu, get the withdrawal code, and complete the transaction at the ATM—. See below steps: 

On the Mobile wallet menu

  • Select withdraw cash and choose from ATM

  • Enter agent number 555555

  • Enter your PIN

  • On the ATM, Press the M-Pesa button

  • Input the voucher Code sent on SMS

  • Enter your mobile number and amount

  • Collect your cash

3. Where can I access M-Pesa Connect services?

You can withdraw at over 2,300 ATMs nationwide from the following partners:

  • Bank of Baroda

  • Credit Bank

  • DIB Bank Kenya

  • Family Bank

  • Faulu

  • GT Bank

  • KCB Bank

6. What do I need to use M-Pesa Connect?

  • An active M-Pesa account.

  • Your mobile phone to authorize the transaction.

  • The agent number (555555) provided for ATM withdrawals.

7. Is there a withdrawal limit?

Yes, MPESA and Bank transaction limits apply when using an ATM.
