Mitchell Elegbe at Nigeria LNG's Leaders Developing Leaders Webinar.

On the 18th of November, Interswitch Group CEO/Founder, Mitchell Elegbe spoke at the November 2021 edition of Leaders Developing Leaders (LDL); a platform designed by Nigeria LNG Ltd, for leaders to share their career stories and leadership journey. Asked about the process involved in building a value-based organization, he said; “Today, people are looking out for ways to create value and achieve something meaningful, and where they work plays a vital role in the kind of purpose they can achieve. Building a value-based organization certainly requires the careful selection of employees whose value and purpose are strongly aligned with that of the organization.”
