Whether it’s through our wellness drives, which prioritize the health and well-being of our team, or the fostering of healthy competition across departments through our Special Outliers Awards and Recognition Scheme (SOARS) or the company-wide launch and celebration of our 4.5.6 +Xb strategy through our Blue Denim Culture and Strategy Party which held earlier in the quarter, we continue to nurture a culture that motivates and inspires us to succeed despite the odds.

Through initiatives such as the 3rd edition of our Technovation hackathon, where brilliant teams at The Switch come together to solve real-world challenges, and where we encourage entrepreneurial thinking and risk-taking, we continue to accelerate progress. These initiatives enable our teams to think beyond the conventional, empowering them to develop cutting-edge solutions that not only meet the demands of today’s fast-evolving landscape but also shape the future of payments and technology.
